You can import your Garage Band files into Logic Pro and they should open up pretty much exactly how they were in Garage Band. If the plug-in fails validation again, check if you might need to update your DAW or operating system. Make the move from GarageBand to Logic Pro. If "not authorized" appears in the Compatibility column for the plug-in, make sure the plug-in is properly installed. If your issues persist and "failed validation" appears in the Compatibility column for the plug-in, select the plug-in in the list, then click Reset & Rescan Selection.
